A word from founder
My name is Timur Biktogirov. I am a certified AI consultant with Innovating with AI, and I have spent 15 years building the systems companies run on.
At Apexmed International B.V., a medical device manufacturer, I moved from Executive Assistant to Head of Operations, setting up a distribution subsidiary, launching a B2B ordering platform and running many more transformation projects along the way.
In 2020 I founded mameto.ru, an e-commerce business selling on Wildberries and Ozon, and ran it until 2026. I rebuilt it from founder-dependent to self-managing: clear ownership, a KPI-based incentive system, and integrated BI across finance, operations, logistics and sales. A few numbers:

I am not a developer or a data scientist. I am an operator who has always been passionate about technology and who has always chosen automation to liberate teams for work that needs judgment, creativity and care.
Architecting AI-driven process automation at my own company, I realised this was what I wanted to do full time. That's exactly why I founded Avandigo AI Consultancy — to do this work for companies other than my own.
